The Pitti Uomo menswear trade show in Florence, Italy is changing its schedule for next year. Originally planned for June 10-13, 2025, the event will now be held a week later, from June 17-20, 2025.
Why the Change?
Organizers Pitti Immagine made the decision along with the Italian fashion chamber Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (responsible for Milan Fashion Week) to avoid scheduling conflicts. This ensures a “consistent and compact” system for menswear presentations across different fashion weeks. It also benefits non-European attendees by avoiding date clashes that could cause travel and business disruptions.
What About Other Pitti Events?
The January 2025 edition of Pitti Uomo will remain as planned, happening from January 14-17. The schedule change for the June menswear fair also affects other Pitti events:
Pitti Bimbo (Childrenswear):
January edition: Now January 22-24, 2025 (previously unplanned)
June edition: Now June 25-27, 2025 (previously unannounced dates)
Pitti Filati (Fabrics):
January edition: Now January 28-30, 2025 (previously unplanned)
July edition: Now July 1-3, 2025 (previously one week earlier)
Remember these new dates! The change ensures a smoother fashion season flow for attendees and avoids conflicts for international guests.
