- The announcement comes alongside the appointment of Stephen Morana as the new Chief Financial Officer and other executive changes.
Siobhan Forey, the Chief People Officer of fast fashion retailer Boohoo Group, has reportedly decided to step down from her position after a three-year tenure.
According to reports from Drapers, Forey is expected to depart from the company in the summer. It remains uncertain whether a successor has been identified to fill her role.
Prior to joining Boohoo in March 2021, Forey had accumulated over two decades of experience in various senior HR roles at the former Topshop owner Arcadia Group, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of HR.
Her departure from Boohoo comes amidst a period of leadership changes within the company. Most recently, Boohoo appointed Stephen Morana as its new Chief Financial Officer. Morana brings with him extensive experience, having previously held the same position at Betfair and Zoopla, leading both companies through successful IPOs.
Morana takes over from Shaun McCabe, who departed along with Trading Director Sam Brocklebank, Wholesale and Product Operations Director Marie Laskowski, and Product Director Claire Asher, as reported by Drapers.
